We've never had a full class. EVER. It takes a lot for a nigra to rise above the hell fire coursing through his blood, slowly burning him from the inside out until his skin is black as night. That's why they get darker as they age. So you know right off the bat that the blue gums are the most difficult to reform and the high yellows are the easiest. We actually gave up on reeducating the shines. It's just a waste of time and money. I think only 3 tar babies have ever graduated. We have other facilities suited to the needs of the spook that are affiliated with the main campus.

If you would like to apply for the academy, be my guess. But I can administer the brown paper bag test right now if you'd post a pic.
