Well,if and thats a big if at this point, but if I end up becomeing a true christian than i will tithe. At this point I am still trying to learn what I can,and trying to accept the bible word for word. Whitch is proveing to be a very hard thing to do.

Praise JESUS! I's been prayin' so hard for you and I know lotsa other folk here has been too. I thought it had done did been a lost cause up in here, but it look like it might be payin' off. I know the Lord's Word be hard to swallow at first, but when times gets tough, just pray to Him and put yo trust in Him. Remember:

You said it yourself, Kiki, the bible isn't a very nice book. Why follow it at all?

The point of the Bible do not be to be "nice". It be a guidebook for Salvation©. This poor lost soul be tryin' to find her way to the LORD and you is just discouragin' her. Why follow the Bible? Because o' this:

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. - John 3:36

And that apply to you too, Van Hellbound. You best be followin' this chile's example and tryin'a get yoself right with the Lord like she tryin'a do, otherwise you's just gonna fuel the fire that I roast my marshmallows with when I be up in Heaven. PRAISE!!
