I'm not sure I understand. Is this the Doctor that cured Jackson of his blackness? If so, why didn't he cure himself? He must have been testing the cure on Jackson to see if it worked. Maybe it killed Jackson, but the treatment has so much potential for good, why not test it on a Hell bound pedro? Maybe we could spare a few earthquake survivors for him to experiment on.
