Your girlfriend is attempting to deceive men. Large breasts signal to a man that a woman is an excellent potential mate because she can properly nourish the many soldiers for Jesus she will bear. I do realise that you being from the Netherlands your fiancée might be worried about rising sea levels from global warming (let's face it - you're all doomed one way or another) - but surely that surgery as a means of survival by attaching floats to herself is a little extreme?

Plus, it would just make her an easy target for sharks and seagulls.

Talk her out of it even if just for practical neo-liberal-hippy-pot-smoking-Nederelands reasons, if not for the Bible.

I suggest you dump your Girlfriend who is obviously less than perfect.
You then need to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, become a Christian and find yourself a True Christian™ Lady to be your wife and Mother to your intended 8 or so children.
