I came here to Prayer Requests to start a thread on this very subject! Bless you, Mother Glynndie, for also being Concerned.

However, I'm also confused as well as Concerned. The Senator was "stung" "in the Men's room" - and then apparently went into anaphylactic shock so badly that he needed to resign his Senate seat.

So why are people being so darn mean to this sick Man?

And: As a Republican, I'm sure Senator Craig was a WASP - didn't he have any built-in immunity to stings?

And please (at all costs) make this thing with Senator Craig go away likety split. And Jesus, please, if Senator Craig has the slightest problem with the Devilish delight know as homerism, please direct his poor lost soul to our Straight 4 Jesus forum, where we will surely take care of him. Folks, I have to admire the tenacity and intestinal fortitude of Godly conservative Republican wives like Mrs. Ted Haggard, Mrs. Mark Foley, and of course poor Mrs. Senator Larry Craig. I stand in awe at the power Jesus has given these women to stand by their man (this includes kissing him, sleeping in the same wing of the mansion with him, and occasionally sorting his laundry when the help has been deported). I know all conservative Republicans are innocent by nature and employed by GOD. And I know my husband Elmer will tell me if any of this changes (GOD FORBID) and Elmer might even fill out my absentee ballot differently (if Pastor Pistle tells him to). But still, you've got to respect Mrs. Suzanne Craig for sticking things out with a man who may have been having secret sex with complete strangers in a place where normal folks have bowel movements (forgive me Jesus, I know he didn't do it, but just in case that 1/1,000,000th chance comes true). So here's my prayer:
