In Chile, 33 miners are still trapped underground.

Please pray for the Lord to sustain and comfort them and their loved ones. Please ask the He gives strength and hope to those involved in the rescue effort. And let us pray that these poor brave men will be rescued as soon as possible.

This is horrible! These poor men, in Chile! What a horridick, Godforsaken place. I will be happy to pray for them and their families.

Surely, they are glad to be temporarily safe from their Catholic overlords. Perhaps they are reading a KJV1611 right now and coming to Jesus! But no doubt they are worried that the Bishops and Priests will learn of it, and torture their wives and rape their children in retribution. (Instead of the way they usually do it, for recreation.)

This dreadful situation sounds absolutely tragic. Thinking about those poor men really upsets me. I shall pray for Jesus to help these poor Catholics by showing them the errors of their ways, so that they might become born-again independent fundamentalist Baptists, and be Saved by His Grace. I shall also pray for their loved ones and everyone involved in the rescue effort, I'm sure they could also use a dose of the Holy Spirit.

PLEASE, will you wake up and realize that these are REAL PEOPLE, suffering terribly, through no fault of their own. Do none of you have a heart?

If God didn't care what religion they were, why would he trap them in the first place? God cares very deeply about how you worship him and the Catholics are nothing but pagans with a Christian whitewash.

The fervor of my prayers largely depends upon what they're digging up.

Coal? Bid deal. They compete with our Godly American miners.

Let us also pray for the TRUE victims here; the stockholders of the international mining conglomerate whose stock prices have been endangered by the reckless negligence of this thirty five slackers. You can bet your bottom dollar right now the mine manager is going frantic over what this cave in means to his quarterly production numbers. Let's keep his pain in mind here too.

I would so love to pray for the miners, dear, but I mislaid my spectacles earlier today, and have been praying for guidance regarding where they might be. I'll let you know when I find them.



Edit: Found them, Glory! It appears I left them on top of my head. I'd like to take a moment to give thanks to the LORD, for answering my prayer before turning His attention to Chile.

(I won't be praying for any personal help for a day or two, as it would seem God favours my requests over the requests of those who have been praying on behalf of the miners; I don't want to be responsible for bumping those poor miners down the prayer queue).
