I am surprised that is a problem for you brits as you have not had the death penalty since 1965. And it should be even less of a concern now that mudslimes are taking over, thier kids will just suicide bomb your schools, ensuring future criminals are nipped in the bud.

I find this rather strange, there's not enough for executions, yet there's more than enough for veterinary use? How many animals are put down per day in the US? According to unreliable sources, 66 per day. So we can't keep a horse alive for one more day to put down a criminal? We can't shoot that horse and ship the drug? A horse requires probably close to 5-10X the amount of the drug needed for one execution (going on weight).

Oh, and it is also used as a mild anesthesia in hospitals, so why are they not being shorted. Somehow I think there is some European company that is just refusing to ship to prisons.

I just want to know one thing. What is wrong with stoning criminals? If it was good enough for God when He wrote the Bible, it should be good enough for us now. We as a society have become far to dependent on drugs.

I urge you all (if you live close enough) to organise a protest outside their facility, encourage the workforce to make more stuff, and quicker.

Earlier, the company made known its disappoval of its products being used in carrying out capital punishment.
The shortage has led to many of the 35 states, where the death penalty through legal injections is in force, scouring for new sources of the drug to tide over the crisis.
Mainly used as an anesthetic in surgery, Sodium Thiopental is also used in mercy killing of animals.

If you want to get a liberal to execute a criminal, you have to spend money on some expensive drug to do it with. Stoning is the True Conservative(tm) form of capital punishment. If we just made it a capital offense to be a liberal the problem would be solved.

Well, it is the old stuff, I do not want to use it on the animals, it is not as effective and that would be cruel.
