Thank you all for your prayers and support. My head lawyer, Daniel Weinstein, actually called me up this evening while still in his office, promising that we have a good chance having sufficient grounds to go forth with the lawsuit. The cyclist was not wearing a helmet so that shows disregard for his own safety and that of others, and paints him as an unreliable, reckless character. I've also been advised to not say anything about the texting or the fact that I wasn't wearing my prescription glasses at the time, but I probably shouldn't talk more about that.

If you are intent on taking this matter to court, are you not bound by the law to "tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"? By not informing the court of these essential facts in the case, you are misinforming the jury. Misinformation is a form of lying which, as Pastor Ezekiel explains clearly in his signature, is a clear path to damnation. Read the last one.

If you look at the 5th amendment, he does not have to incriminate himself. If a judge or lawyer does not ask a question pertaining to say the wearing of eyeglasses why should Rev Jim say anything about them?

How is the life of someone that God hates and who is damned to Hell more valuable than a car that makes a True Christian(tm) happy and gets him to where he needs to be?

The difference between a gay cycler and a hetero cycler is that a gay cycler is an abomination against God and nature.

How is religion like opium? I don't understand. And how is being rational good if it only lands you in Hell?

if your eyes are closed then it's dangrous...but if they're open, should be ok. just remember hands on the wheel!

It doesn't matter If your eyes are open or closed if the Lord is directing your way, and it is his will, you will arrive safely. The power of prayer will protect you.

May that be, It's still dangrous to close eyes and take your hands off the wheel, the wheel will turn and crash. Someone may get hurt, or worse killed
