This post is ridiculous. As much as it may seem a good(and relatively easy) thing - France has very little positive worth - have you not thought about the dispersal of their peoples? Modern day transport would mean flocks of them spreading their 'culture'; and I don't think you want more of them spreading it about.

Not even getting into the question of the rest of Europe.

Why test God for something so trivial? Rapture will be upon us soon.

I think that France has already succumbed to every invasion imaginable except extra-terrestrials (maybe even them!) so I don't think that prayer is really necessary. It's only a matter of how soon the next invasion will come.

nobody cares about the american input in ww2 and you know why? europeans had been waging war for 5 years when america decided to FINALLY show up. and when did america show up? when the russians were allready kicking the nazis back.

France would either be speaking German, or be just another territory in USSR if it wasn't for the United States.

While Sweden has a worse history of Jesus denial, France has the potential to be worse pain in the ass for America.

As we speak, liberal lawyers keep convincing people, corporations and government to build up depts. This will damage the economy in the long run, allowing the euros to catch up. An economic strong European federation will very likely boost the global influence of heavily populated European countries. France is likely to take leadership, making Paris the capital of the European federation. Thus, we must take into account the global implications of France in charge of an Atheist European Federation.

there allready is a capital for European union, its brussels (also the capital of belgium). besides that france is balanced by germany and the UK, so if anyone would take control it would be the three of them, or the countries that survive the war the : big 3" would wage for control.

your description of paris also shows you have never even been close to paris (unless you have been looking for the things you described). your view of the rest of france is also extremely warped, as far as i can tell theres nothing wrong with socialism anyway, unless your the jealous type anyway.

france also conquered most of europe, i am yet to see america do something like that as well. against a reall foe that is and not against a people that are allready defeated, or doesnt have the equipment to fight back effectivly.
