I know the ailing health of Fidel Castro could only be the work of the Lord God himself. Our Lord God has finally gotten around to punishing this man for his communist ways. I pray and hope that once God kills him (and sends him to hell) that God's own President, George W. Bush, will send people to Cuba to set up a democracy and that a Republican Candidate will save that country and their souls.

Well, regardless of whatever happens to Fidel, and whoever take over, let's just be certain that the embargo continues.

We cannot trade with a COMMUNIST country. I mean, this is not some imperfect proto-democracy we can trade with like China, Saudi Arabia, Tajikstan, Sudan, and so on.

We're talking about FIDEL CASTRO's successor. Not a multifaceted, from-some-viewpoints-flawed leader like Mao or Suharto or Pinochet and so on.

Actually, the Hebrew word translated as "kill" would be better translated as "murder" (ratzach), which means the taking of another human life in a maliciously premeditated manner.

Remember 'murder' only refers to unlawful and unjust killings, it does NOT refer to smiting or lawful executions under God's clear commandments. God wouldn't tell us in the Bible to kill all witches, queers, disobediant children, freaks, heathens and similar trash, then turn around and say 'Hey, but just don't kill'.

Indeed, "kill" in English is an all-encompassing verb that covers the taking of life in all forms and for all classes of victims. That kind of generalization is expressed in Hebrew through the verb "harag." However, the verb that appears in the Torah's prohibition is a completely different one, " ratsah" which, it would seem, should be rendered "murder." This root refers only to criminal acts of killing.

ie. The verse SHOULD read "You must not murder." (Exodus 20:13)

However there has always been a problem with translation of the original Hebrew text, and it started well before the 16th Century and was cause by the heretical Catholic Church. The translation stems from the Latin Bible translation that was in use in the medieval Roman Catholic church. Indeed, the Vulgate (as that translation is designated) employs the Latin verb occidere which has the sense of "kill" rather than "murder."

Typical that the Catholics re-word the Bible, and we all suffer for it. Typical that a Mary-worshipper like you defends your cults rewording of God's Holy Commandments.

As a True Christian I will never be able to pray that someone dies as soon as possible. Even when it concerns a vile commie who stood up against our loved America.
