Being black is a lifestyle choice. I don't think people who choose to be black can be trusted to drive.

I think the cops on the street know just a little more about who is driving drunk and who isn't than some activist judge. But just watch, the liberals who control Arizona will give this guy $50 million or so of taxpayer money (which could have been used to patrol the border for illegal immigrants or to have Sherrif Joe Arpaio's posse investigate the Obama administration) and a ticker tape parade before this is over.

I fail to see why he is complaining. He was not charged with auto theft or spitting seeds in a public place. If it was truly just a case of DWB, all he as to do is stop driving, problem solved.

Does anyone know whose car it was and did they get it back? If so, were they able to eliminate 'that smell'?

Why can't these people do the right thing and just stay at their shine station, keep their eyes down and mind themselves. If they feel shiftless, they can look at a Bible, not that they could read a word in it, but some have pictures.

We request your prayers for the City of Surprise, Arizona. I just got off the phone with the chief who has been a friend of mine for quite a while. He informed me of how the PR damage done by an officer arresting a black man for a DUI with a breathalizer test of 0.000 has caused much trouble.

A sober man has been charged with DUI simply because he "looked drunk," according to shocking reports out this week.

Jessie Thornton, 64, was reportedly pulled over at the weekend in Surprise, Arizona and charged with Drinking Under the Influence, according to The Daily Mail.

Thornton was left in a state of shock, as he knew he had not been drinking at all. He took a breathalyzer test from the police officer and recorded a 0.000 blood alcohol level, proving his sobriety. However, despite Thornton's claims that he was not drunk, and the seemingly verifying breathalyzer test, officers still arrested him for DUI, saying they simply knew he was drunk.

Thornton has since said: "'An officer walked up and he said 'I can tell you're driving DUI by looking in your eyes.' I take my glasses off and he says, 'You've got bloodshot eyes.' I do the breathalyzer and it comes back zero, zero, zero."

Of course, a negro driving around late at night is by itself cause for pulling over. Any good officer knows that. In this world, one can't be too careful. But here we have a case where an officer who deals with drunks for a living recognized one and the breath machine obviously malfunctioned and let him down.

When it should have given a reading 4.000 from a steady consumption of 40-ouncers, it gave an obviously false 0.000. But he had bloodshot eyes, and that - coupled with the fact that a black man was driving around late at night - nails down that this coon wasn't up to any good.

He is now suing the city, and with liberals being what they are today, he will probably win the barrels of money he seeks (to spend on more cheap malt liquors, of course). I am hoping and praying that the Godly members of the community will make this right. Your prayers are coveted.
