The act of forcing yourself on another person and causing them harm can be considered right?

THAT is why you're bad people. If somebody raped you, would you want to marry them? It causes physical and psychological damage. Marrying your victim doesn't make the action okay.

The Bible obviously says it's morally wrong most of the time. Deuteronomy says that if the woman is betrothed or married, the rapist must die. Now, the conditions as to whether the woman must die too vary.

The only time rape is acceptable is within the strict boundaries of conquest and the man still has to marry the woman.

Numbers 31:18
18But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
