Well I overlook most of your comments, Mr Much. I am not given to criticism always preferring to give the benefit of the doubt but calling God a racist?
There is no "next valley" is there. Adam is unique. He is created from the veriest dust and if you want to bore me with a list of all the elements in that dust, I won't quibble (but I won't bother to read it either). Eden, bounded by 4 rivers, features valleys but obviously no-one lives them. For God. To choose.
But guess what happened? On 2nd thoughts maybe not: the self confessed atheist may be relied upon to start gabbling about venereal disease or something. And we don't have to guess do we.

Cain chose Sin. He chose to (passively) ignor God and to (actively) degrade himself. Abel chose compliance with, Cain chose rejection of. God's Law is all about choice.
Eventually all of their descendants bar 8 would opt for villainy. God did not "choose" Noah because God is "racist" but very much the reverse. Everyone except Noah had brutalised themselves to such an extent, had so utterly rejected God as to eliminate themselves from any "selection" process. Had they not done so their utter destruction would have been unnecessary.

If I want an egg for breakfast and walk into the pantry and 11 of the dozen have gone rotten and exploded in the night leaving only one, I have not "chosen" to eat that particular egg. God was prepared to oversee a fresh start but Ham (one of Noah's sons, one of the 8 who had escaped annihilation) decided to REJECT obedience to God's Law - at this point in history not codified as actual laws but written by God in our hearts - and CHOOSE genital viewing. All of his descendants share in that choice.
God did not "decide" to "demote" again it is quite the reverse. The curse EXPLAINED BY GOD is a choice. At this point there were no Israelites, no Jews, no Americans. There were about to be Hebrews, as we read:
