Matthew 5:17-18, 19 For verily I say unto you [Jesus speaking] Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Wow! “I never knew,” except I did: because I'd read God's description of the world to come leaving no doubt as to who was eligible and who was not. While the status of coffee drinkers versus Those Who Like Cocoa is not detailed by God, the so-called rainbow coalition is expressly reviled. Methodists who want to marry a tree or worship the pope, for example, necessarily stop being Methodists in the same way that vegetarians wanting to eat horse flesh necessarily stop being vegetarians.
There isn't a special caste of vegetarianism where boiled horse counts as a vegetable.
Christians follow the example of Christ and His words are recorded for us to read. The Law referred to in Matthew 5:17 is also recorded so we know what Christ was talking about. Some things are frowned upon, others are absolutely forbidden.

□ I do not accept THE KORAN. I do not call my house a MOSQUE. I am not a MUSLIM.
□ I do not accept THE UPANISHADS. I do not call my house a TEMPLE. I am not a HINDU.
□ I do not accept THE BIBLE. I do not call my house a CHURCH. I am not a CHRISTIAN.
How would these Methodists fill out that form? They actively reject The Bible, showcased by all the rainbow stuff whereby ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN activities are promoted. Falling as they do in the same category as witchcraft and being more severe than theft of oxen, sheep or goblets, can one assume that Methodiststs approve of cattle rustling? Or accept techniques of meditation presented in the Upanishads? Who knows? They very likely read horoscopes and do tarot cards and see nothing wrong with a 17-armed half monkey "ornament" according to taste and décor. But they DO call their joints "Churches" and may even think they're "Christians," never having read what Christ taught or the laws He endorsed. How would God describe such no-hopers? Would He regard them fondly? Will they be least in the kingdom of Heaven? Or will they be absolutely forbidden. And yes, there is a precedent:
Nahum 3:4-5 Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts. Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.
on the Day of Judgment!
that is ready to judge the quick and the dead."
