That's a toughie, I'm not sure there's a way for you to avoid Hell. I guess the best thing you can do is to stay fit, and live as healthy a life as possible, so you can stave off the inevitability of Hell for a few years.

i have made a decision i will not go ahead with the operation.. i will stay a woman and honour husband in the future. i will name my son jesus and also repent my aweful misguided past.

please please help me on the road to salvation as i am terrified of not meeting my creator.
