Exodus International has been the GO TO group for years to cure homerism.

Parents would ship their kids off to EI and the kids would come back saved Christians, straight as arrows. Homers themselves would check in there.

Suddenly, EI says, "Who us, cure homers? Who told you that?"

I think it is the result of the Supreme Court decsion on ObumerCare. It's all about giving up and letting homers run everything.

I think it's because he realizes he's still gay. From the article:

By his own professed beliefs, he has insufficient faith in Christ.

Chambers says Christians need to treat SSA like they would other temptations too, and shouldn't assume that it can be gotten rid of completely.

It sounds as though Chambers has blasphemed against the Holy Ghost.

When I was still a raging queen, and before Landover took me in, I went to Exodus International and begged them to cure my Sodomania. But all they did was coddle me and tell me that God loved and wanted to cure me.

But I knew different, even when I was in the grips of the disease I had chosen to infect myself with. God did not love me at the time, He hated me for being so weak that I chose to be attracted to men.

And when I described the Aversion Surgery that I believed I needed to cure of me of my wickedness, Exodus International informed me that inserting barbed stainless steel rods into the penis was not part of their restorative therapy program. Well, that convinced me that they were not really serious about curing my homosexuality.

I knew a guy who went to Exodus International to try to 'cure' himself of gayness. Afterwards he got married and even had a couple of kids. Know what?

He was still gay.

In the end, EI didn't produce a good, Christian man in a stable family. It produced a broken family because of a gay man who couldn't live in denial anymore.

Anyway, chemical castration doesn't work quite as well as you'd think. I mean, he'd take the same meds I take now, only without estrogen, and it just made me 'gayer' (or gayer by your standards, anyway).

Also, if you have no estrogen or testosterone in your system, there are some pretty serious health concerns to worry about.
