Re: Homosexual threat in my neighborhood!?!?
Why would He do that? OK, look at it this way: Jesus cured lepers because He knew that their release from suffering would show them and others The Way, The Truth and The Light.
If you agree with this, then you must see that leprosy is a great curse and no one would want it.
Homerism is the American leprosy – it is even worse than that – and thus in the Bible we would have seen Christ curing the homers of their lifestyle choice. Do we see this? No!
Stoning is the cure for homerism and Jesus agrees.
Old Testament: Le:20:13: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
New Testament:
M't:5:18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
And
Ro:1:24: Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
[…]
Ro:1:26: For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Ro:1:27: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Now, tell us, where, in the above verses, do you think that God was not telling the truth?
Admit it - you're a vile sinner condoning the evil of this world.
