That is interesting. Of course, Stonebriar is a "modern" church - our own church was established in 1620. Tell me, is is a KJV(1611) church? And is Pastor Chuck Swindle still preaching, or has he retired?

Would you like to tell us which of your friends recommended us? I assume that he posts here too.

of which goes directly against our Jesus' inspired word in allowing the Sisters of Eve to teach in church, are you kidding us?!

women about our faith, of which goes directly against the word of Jesus! BLASPHEME!

We use the New American Standard or the new ESV but our Pastor knows both Greek and Hebrew.



Yeah I think my friend was banned from the group for some reason, but said he enjoyed it and thought I might like it.

I see. It is probably best if I don't comment on the NAS and the ESV, on the basis that (sometimes, though very much not always) if you can't say anything nice then it's best to say nothing at all. You will find the KJV (1611) requires no Hebrew or Greek, though:
