Re: sorry
Thank you. That was all I wanted...to get beyond the grammar and talk about what it means to be Christian. I do not feel that Nobar was the David in this situation, but since we are off of the topic I would like to avoid confronting that point. Admittedly, I have not read the entire Bible yet, but I have read most of it and love learning more about it. I don;t feel that you are being condescending right now, only asking meaning questions of me (instead of criticizing my grammar...sorry couldn;t help that comment
) I feel that I am fairly knowledgable about the commands of the Bible. Granted, I do not know everything (I wouldn't dare make such a claim), but I do my best to learn more every day. I know I am saved though and will not relent that. I believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven and that he is the way the truth and the light and no one comes to the father except through him (the alternative being hell). I believe wholeheartedly that Jesus is the son of God who sacrficed his life on the cross and rose three days later so that I may enter into heaven by accepting his gift. I have been baptized by choice because I wanted to proclaim to the world my love for Jesus.
