May I ask you where in Sweden you saw this?
I have never seen anyone or heard anything about people masturbating in public so I find this very hard to believe. Think you're more likley to see someone masturbate in public over in the US.

I do not remember where we were. It was some Perillo tour we were on. But we saw men masturbating, women mastubating, even some 18 YO kids. It was disgusting. There was jisim everywhere. I dug out the Hutchins family scrap book from that year. it was the spring of 1998. We visited:
