I think the problem that you have is expecting The Lord to have said, “America is my country and Americans are my people.” You simply aren’t going to get God saying that. In the OT, He says the Israelites are such good people he’s going to have 144,000 of them in heaven (plus Patriarchs where applicable), whereas in the NT, Paul is inspired to bring the Word to the Gentiles, as the Jews have rejected Jesus.

So we must look amongst the Gentiles. We must then dismiss all nations who accepted Catholicism, which is the Mother of Whoredoms. This more or less leaves us with Germany (Luther) and England (Henry VIII) in the 16th Century.

We can dismiss Luther, as he wanted only to rearrange the chairs on the Titianic. This leaves England. The country He chose to Rule the World. To this end and, seeing that its people were good, He gave them King James, perhaps the holiest man since the last of the Apostles. God then appointed King James to receive His Word – The final and inerrant Bible, KJV 1611 – that some of the English might reach Heaven.

King James, like Solomon before him, went astray. How this could be was, and remains a mystery. Therefore, God’s Elect within England decided to leave for a land filled with robbing drunken injuns. What a journey that must have been! Poor ships; disease, a possibility of falling off the edge of the World, etc, but Faith alone allowed the journey and America was born of the very finest Christian stock that the World could produce.

America, under God’s Blessing, quickly became the richest and most powerful nation ever known. It defeated Communism and atheism and all the other ‘isms’ that God hates.

One job is left for us to do – to create a Theocracy, God’s Kingdom; a fitting place for the Return of Christ. And we are working on it, whilst you Abos scratch around in the mud for grubs.

Wow you guys really take this pretty seriously. The Guy asked you a good Question. Maybe it would be wise of the people in this forum to find the answer since it is clear that right now you don't know the answer.

Did you read Brother Alex's links?

It's amazing how many people come here and claim that nobody answered them, but meanwhile there are links and scripture and info all over the thread.

Any country that uses the word "mate" in reference to the relationship between two men is a homer country that God abhors. Also, vegemite is, by any objective measure, an abomination until the Lord.

As you know, Americans are descended from English people, but these are English people for whom God prepared a clean and uninhabited paradise, not English people that He made to stay in rainy, industrial England or forced to live on a deserted continent in China's back yard as a punishment for being thieves and sodomites.

Here's another one: America the Babylon. And yes, yes, before you prattle on about who some of these references are vague and could apply to any country, I would gently point out that nothing in the Bible, directly or indirectly, points to Australia, a country that celebrates the birth of our Dear Savior in the Summertime.

Now that you have lost your "challenge," will you, on this forum, openly accept Jesus, repent from your Australian ways and accept that America is God's favorite country?

Dear to whomever this may concern,

I recently read a series of pages that defamed Australia (or as it was occasionally misspellt, Austria [two totally different countries in two different hemispheres]) as a land of Satan.

I was wondering why exactly this was the case, since most Australians are Christians. And then I began to think, why is America the land of Jesus?

So comes my challenge, if anyone can prove to me using only untouched scriptural quotes (I have a King James bible so I can double check if the verse seems to be retouched) that Jesus and the Christian God prefer America to any other nation (and with exclusive reference to America itself, not just a vague reference to a good nation that could be applied to any nation depending on interpretation. If a direct reference to the divinity of the USA can be found I shall hang up my boots as an Australian, move to the USA and convert 100% to whomever's parish argues such a case. However, if no such reference can be found, I would challenge all of those who either didnt try, tried and failed or rejected me as ignorant to thoroughly reread the scripture before they preach it.
