Also, I have a question I'd love to ask in the "Promise Enforcers" section, but since you're all so high and mighty about everything, it won't let me post, and thus my question goes unresolved.
They did not have some of the instruments available today, so how could they have listed them? Electric guitars are stringed instruments. Why then is is wrong to praise God using rock song structure than is non violent and non abrasive?
The evils of rock and roll have been well documented and the information is available on this forum. Please use the "Search" button if you are interested.
Let's keep this thread on topic, and work on saving your soul.
You don't eat shellfish, do you?
Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you. - Leviticus 11:12
Isaiah 5:12 And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.
You seem to be quite flippant about choice of instrument. Are you similarly flippant about His word?
3Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. - Psalms 150: 3 - 5
Yes, we use instruments that GOD favors in our church.

What other parts of the Bible do you disregard as not being true?
I don't disregard any of it. I don't think it matters what kind of instrument is used to praise God, though, and read nothing in that article, scripture or otherwise that convinced me. Would you mind offering your opinion on the other part of my post?
If that were true you would have to praise God literally exactly as they did hundreds of years ago. the type of music you probably use to worship in your church (and I'm just guessing here based on the Baptist churches I have visited) is probably bluegrass gospel. bluegrass is not inherently gospel, and descended from Scottish folk music, jazz, and tin pan alley song structure.
How many times do I need to stress that I am saved? So sorry I was raised in a church that was not Landover Baptist. We serve the same God, but it seems you're all blinded from that and treat me as if I'm not even of the same religion.
Keep telling yourself that and you're going to burn. God warns you.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
If you were truly saved then you would know the entirety of Matthew 7. You clearly do not.
I'm yet hoping that your hackles will go down and you will take the very small step that overcomes your bigotry for others who are truly saved who love you and want to guide you.

I would hope that other Christians would judge and measure me by the same standards with which I judge and measure. Thank you for adding credence to my position.
I like the way you cherry pick to make your point like any good lukewarm, self styled "Christian." You have, however revealed yourself. Even in the Bible (Genesis 3:4-5 and Matthew 4:6), the devil twists the Holy Word of God to suit his purposes, much as you are doing here.
Are you possessed by the devil himself, or just several of his minions?
Read the post, young godmocker. It is before you and Yeshua stands blameless here.
You were asked if you were possessed, not accused. Your behaviour so far leads to that suspicion. I notice you have yet to refute the question. The fact you are so defensive and quick to anger does much to reinforce the rightful suspicion as to your motives. You seem very quick to judge your fellows without knowing them yet you refuse wrathfully a loving entreaty to know you better from our forum members.
So are you possessed by a demon or not? What act of sin have you committed recently whereby a demon could have entered you? The rectum is the usual entry point. Have you woken up after a night of debauchery and been unaccountably sore in this area and mysteriously soiled in your underwear?
