You see, it is that sort of negative attitude that God sees. I am sure He thinks "Why bother with that one? He seems to care less".
God does not have the time to deal with every person. So He empowers those that are Saved(c) to do this sort of day to day stuff. God worries about the big picture. Earthquakes, famine, floods.

Miracles.. We see them everywhere we go. It could be you in the mall being late for a meeting, and someone helps you get infront of the line so you can get to the meeting in time. It could be me almost getting run over by a bus, but hearing people in the back shouting for me to look out. In that moment you'll realize how important you really are for people around you. The happy parts of your life will run past your eyes when you're dead, which is like having god showing you how precious life is.

What about people leaping out of the Twin Towers to their death on 9/11?

Was that a miracle, too?

How about earth quakes that split open nuclear power plants and kills tens of thousands of heathen Japanese?

But GOD cares so much about you he'll make sure you get to your meetings on time and that you don't get hit by a bus.

But victims of terrorists, natural disasters and diseases don't get that kind of VIP treatment.

The bible was something we all needed back then. Everyone needs to believe in someone or something that can take all our guilt away, or make us all superior.

Life is a precious thing people, do not get blinded by the bible and think you are saved. Jesus died for ALL of our sins, he did not die for only YOUR sins. Maybe jesus doesn't say directly he LOVES us all, but deep down inside he still loves everyone, just like we all do today. We have all had lives in our past, so what makes you think we wont have lives in the near future?

And what do you call this spunky gal trying to make her way in the city god that you made up? Do you and this goddess happen to agree on everything? Does she know you so incredibly well? Just who is this god, and where did he/she/it come from?
