despicable philosophy of the spaniel that rolls upon its back when kicked?

I understand (not interp) Lamentations 3:38 as good and evil are spoken from smae mouth, and in this case it can be only God? I might be wrong though.

And as Lucifer is a Angel (i know you claim hes fallen, wich he is in the Christian therms, others might say hes a rising Angel.
