A few weeks ago i was stuggling to figure out what i should believe in, should i follow a god, or should i simply let religion fade away. After seeing these posts fillied with hate and utter ignorance, i questioned the exsistance of god even more. The more i read the more i got that "the bible says so" was the only argument ANYONE had in this entire forum.

The Bible is the Word of God. What other argument could possibly carry greater weight than the directives of the Creator of the Universe?

But the atheists showed me that science is more explanitory than the bible ever was.

Really? How do they explain matter coming into being from nothing?

And why do you think atheists hate God so much?

It was just too fantastic to EVER be real in any way.

Yeah, because everything coming from nothing for no reason whatsoever makes SOOOO much sense, right?

Wasnt one of the commandments "Love thy neighbor".

Go search an online Bible (bible.com) and find out. Hint: Atheists ain't my neighbor, and "everybody" ain't my neighbor.

I have read some of the bible and it was an interesting book to read however cruel and controversial it was. It was just too fantastic to EVER be real in any way. Also , what turned me away from christianity, was the complete disregard for humane behavior from the christian side, if a question came up and your couldnt answer it simply with "the bible said so" you made FUN of the atheist. Wasnt one of the commandments "Love thy neighbor". You guys certaintly need to reevaluate yourself before judging others.
