Thank you for your kind thoughts and your prayers. Indeed, letting go of old ways, as of orphans, is a hard task to do.
As for latin, you can overcome it by learning ancient greek or hebrew. It is closer to the roots of the 1611 KJB, and will surely bring you much more joy than this language used by mary hailers.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I know better than to try learning ancient Greek or Hebrew. I'm not smart enough, and it would give me headaches. I'm just grateful for the clear, easy-to-understand 1611 KJV. I read the parts that remind me how to behave as an inferior woman and find all the fulfillment that I need, with none of the confusion!

Dear Anderson, I, too, am an ex-Mary Worshipper. It can be very hard to let go of old ways. On Fridays, I feel an overwhelming compulsion to get a fish sandwich from McDonalds. When I hear sirens, I want to cross myself in prayer as a way of considering the people involved in whatever emergency the siren signals.

The worst part is that Latin still has a deep mystical hold on me. But, with Jesus' love and guidance, I will no longer use such satanic sayings as "carpe diem" and "semper fi".

I brought upon myself to acquire an original of the KJ1611 bible from my old place of employment. I read it every day. It does being me peace because I know I am in the right path. It also brings me pain because I now can reflect clearly on my past actions.

The path will be long and hard, but then Salvation is worth it.

As your name implies you probably know my kind is forbidden to marry in the RCC. I have raised many a warrior for the Christ, but never have fathered yet. As soon as I prove worthy, I will increase my worthiness by doing so.
I would prefer to move to Landover at first, though. Good Christian women are hard to come by, and from browsing your forum I now know I will be able to increase the Holy Army there.

You're not getting into Freehold without being saved and certified, friend, so hold your horses.

Secondly, it's relatively easy to become an ex-Catholic. I suggest you start reading the Bible and see how very much mistaken what you have been taught actually is.
