Re: I'm worried that I'll never know paradise.
That's just sick. Am I to be forever tied to Jesus? Where is he? In your spirit? In your soul? In your mind? They have a word for those kinds of things, hallucinations. I used to think that people who believed were happy and content, now I am only certain you are crazy. Thank you for opening my mind to your heretic ways. I'll probably be banned, but at least i'll be happy never having to sell my mind to such a ridiculous belief. You people are sick. Have a nice day!

You need to read the Bible. You need top repent your whorish ways. God stripped you of the ability to bear children to save them from having to be stillborn, unable to repent for being bastard children and spend eternity in Hell. You should be on you knees thanking God for His infinite wisdom. He has seen fit to give you another chance, Use it wisely.

I just said they were tag names, his real name is Matthew. Mine is Brandy, my rapist is David, are you happy now? You won't get any last names from me. I have a sense of privacy.

Kenthor?
Come on! You honestly expect us to believe that's a real person?

Now friend, you don't need to be touchy about an experimentation you might have done in your youth. Landover has many ex-gays that were redeemed for Jesus! You could be human vacuum cleaner and still not be shut off Christ's love. All you need to do is repent of your depravity and accept Jesus as your savior and turn your life over to him. (I would also suggest you get married to a good Christian man since you tend to get yourself into trouble)

You honestly don't see the issue with living in a place called BEAVERton?!? Why don't they just call it Cootertown or Crotchberg?!?!Originally posted by Karingan View PostI've lived in Oregon my whole life, so I don't see how "where I was born" instantaneously makes me a heathen? Would you not befriend a person who could be seeking, blindly, maybe, but also wants respect and understanding? Isn't that what everyone wants?
And the Bible tells us to live separate from non believers. You "fiancé" is going to drag you to Hell if you're not careful.

You should go out an get baptized.Originally posted by Karingan View Post5) I was never baptized, I just recently found this out (yesterday), what does this mean?
Christianity is a professed faith - you declare yourself a Christian by your own freewill that God preordained your with. The baptizing of children who obviously can't consent is one of the big sins of the Catholic Church.
Oregon is probably the lest godly state in the union next to California. As Pastor Zeke has observed Eugen, Oregon is as sinful as The Castor with a full month of Pride Parades. However even Californians like Ronald Regan have been saved so someone from Oregon can find Christ too.Originally posted by Karingan View PostI've lived in Oregon my whole life, so I don't see how "where I was born" instantaneously makes me a heathen?
Keep in mind we ALL are born in sin and we ALL need to repent and accept Jesus as our savior.

We are not to be yoked with nonbelievers. Good move!
Then I suggest doing what I recommended above. Start with Genesis.2) Myth and Bible Literature is what the class was called, we read the new testament and that was pretty much it, we didn't dwell on it for the respect of those who had other beliefs or atheists.
Let me tell you, Karingan, by the time you go through Genesis, taking notes about what each story tells you about who God is, you will have a whole new view of our Lord. It's nothing like what lying priests have told you.
If God wants you to be barren, you will be. If not, you won't. Sarah didn't have a baby for Abraham until she was 90.3) I am only 97% sterile, from the chlamydia that my ex gave me. I would still like to have children at some point with my current fiance, so any bashing on me for being sterile I won't tolerate.
4) Even though I'm not sure I'm a Christian, I'd like to know more about it.
It means your parents weren't Catholics, I guess.5) I was never baptized, I just recently found this out (yesterday), what does this mean?
Baptism is for adults, not infants. It is a symbol of a commitment to God; a baby can't make that commitment. Catholics invented infant baptism as something else to charge people for.

Hello, dear! I'm sorry that you shacked up with a pimp. I assume you've left him behind, yes?Originally posted by Karingan View PostI go to a church in Oregon, that's all I can really say about that.

Don't worry, anyone can be saved. Even an ex-gay, so why not you?
Karingan, let me tell you, I was once like you. OK, I wasn't doped up and gang-raped, but I was worried about what would happen to me when I died.
I didn't know if God loved me, or who the real Jesus was. I'd just heard those fairy tales most churches preach, about a god they've made up who loves everyone, even as He damns most of them to unending torment in His Lake of Fire. Of course, the god they've made up doesn't actually send anyone to Hell. Except the people the preachers think are particularly bad.
Know what I did? I read the Bible. But I didn't just read it for a class; I read it as though my life depended on it. I recommend you do the same.
Take copious notes. As you read each story, think to yourself, "What does this tell me about God and Jesus? Who does this tell me He is?" Write that down.
When you run across Commandments of God (there aren't ten; there are over 600!), write them all down. Soon, you will have a long list of things God expects you to do or not do. Disobeying any Command of God is sin.
Soon, you will realize that you've been lied to. You'll figure out the Truth about God and Jesus.
Karingan, once my eyes were opened by this Truth, I never again had a worry about what would happen when I die. Why, I don't even give it a second thought anymore. I know what will happen to me. Don't you want that certainty, too?

Re: I'm worried that I'll never know paradise.
Welcome, Karingan. If you're not sure that you've been saved, then you haven't been saved. My advice is to read through our forums (the Bible in a Year thread is especially good) until you understand what the Bible really says. I'm sure that salvation will quickly follow.Originally posted by Karingan View PostI'm not sure Jesus has saved me, I mean, I'm sterile because of a man that I chose to love who sold me to his friends all drugged up and ready to violate.
