  • Introducing myself

Hello, my name is Abigail Joseph. I am 18 years old, and heard about this site through a friend when I mentioned I wanted a place where I could talk about Christ with other Christians.

How about tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

      Oh, goodness, sorry about that.
I'm currently attending a little home church, at least until we get off the ground. There's no official name for our church yet, as we've only recently split off from the old church after the descision was made to allow homosexuals to be pastors.
As for my favorite Bible verse, well, I don't have a specific favorite- but I especially love the book of Romans.
I grew up in the church and was recently baptized.

OK now wait a minute now. Who accepted homosecularists and who did not - this is very important. Your afterlife depends on it.

The old church was the one who made the descision to allow homosexuals as pastors. A lot of people, including myself, did not agree with this descision, so we split off.

..always a good idea when people start homosexualising. Welcome to our forum, where we do share His love and acknowledge His majesty over all Creation.

            Jesus said,
            JOHN 17
6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.
8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
            KJV
            Praise Him!!

A very wise move. The gaywise are abominations and you should not associate with them as they plough each other dirty furrow

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Proverbs 21:4 An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

1 Corinthians 5:11*But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

What an appropriate verse, Mr Niles. This morning I was reading the Cambridge dictionary with my breakfast coffee and there it was, toward the end of the E's

                ROMANS 1
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
                28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

And what could be more inconvenient for the wriggling sodomite than The Word Of God!
