What does that mean, "I'm working on it?"

There is no "working on it" when it comes to Salvation(r). If you're a namby-pamby about Jesus, He will puke you out of His mouth!

Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

You look more like some rug munching pervert trying to find ways that True Christianity™ is inconsistent and unworthy of belief so you can ditch the lot and get back to unrestrained bean flicking to me!

Well let me tell you, young wannabe man, you won't find any gaping holes (little anti-fisting joke there) in our picture of the world or how you get to go through the right entrance to the next.
    Matthew 7:13-14,21-23
13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
So... the choice is simple. Do as God says - everything God says - and, even more important, don't do what God specifically told you not to. We don't just say we follow God, we actually follow God (unless it would break secular law because god commands us to follow those).

So... stop trying to overcomplicate things, missy. It's really simple. God wants you to be found by a husband and make babies and submit to your husband and keep house. What's wrong with that?

Typical lazy liberal. Why don't you lift yourself up by your own bootstraps for a change and do something off your own effort? Quit asking decent Christian people a bunch of questions making them do all the work for you. That is such a typical socialist tactic (the word socialist I learnt from an online course is derived from the ancient word socrates - for drunk layabout).

It breaks an old man's heart, Motty, the heart of one who had come to regard you as a grand-father regards his young grand-daughter: a grand-daughter who is ripe to be plucked for the Lord!

Soften your heart, young Motty, and tell your sins to Jesus. These questions are just prevarications. I know you are afraid, Motty, but that's only because Jesus isn't by your side yet. Give your whole self to Jesus, Motty, repent and accept His love on your knees.

Friend, we couldn't care less what kind of clothes you NAMBLA members are wearing. How superficial do you think we are?

Yes, the Bible does prohibit mixing different fabrics together...

    Deuteronomy 22:11

Thou shalt not weare a garment of diuers sorts, as of woollen, and linnen together.
...but I assure you, we do not care which designer label you have on your clothes. It is your aeternal soul we are interested in.

    * Mormons follow a man named Joseph Smith and his lying brother Hiram, as well as a false prophet known as Brigham Young - Christians follow Christ (John 10:27).

    * Mormons follow The Book of Mormon, Doctrines & Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price, 3 false books that will literally open the gates of Hell to all who read them - Christians follow the Bible only (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

    * Catholics worship Mary - Christians worship God (Matthew 28:18-20).

    * Catholics follow the pope, a catechism, and "papal edicts" which are just pastimes between boy rape and summoning demons to further deceive the illiterate as they have done for centuries - Christians educate with the Bible only and repudiate the very image of learning anything outside of the Bible (1 Tim. 6:20-21).

    Make sense now?

Idaho apparently is a third world country, at least you make seem that way. I am sure the rest of your inhabitants are disappointed that you are dragging them down. You have to admit, the Nampa are is full of some 'unique' people.
How do you know which city I live in?

Being American is like being one step closer to the majesty of Jesus. Your being from a third world country means you simply do not understand. God could forgive you if only you'd commit to Him.

  • I am still here trying to learn

I've been on this site trying to learn about your way of life, yet I let myself get to the better of me and defend what I believe. I have also been contemplating whether or not to be a Christian.
First off I have a few questions:
What makes you different from Catholics and Mormons? (Please do not bash)
What are your principles of everyday life? (Other then god, the bible and jesus)
How does being an American play a huge part in your religion? (Please do not bash other countries without evidence)
Thankyou for your time. All I want is information on your religion that is straigt-forward. I know about the bible and I did try to read it, so please don't just tell me to read the KJV.
Working...
