Re: Hi from Finland!
I had been avoiding reading this thread because I've had so many bad experiences with Finnish people, but I must say, Otto, that was a right proper introduction you posted. You're off to a fine start, boy. I just pray you aren't some stealth queer who's come here to persecute us.

How do you feel about trolls? Specifically "Moomintrolls?" Because I see them as demons.

Surely I will do that, Mr. Hutchins. I am always telling him what a fine example you are and he gets a respectful look in his eyes. I thank you for your strong ministry.

I recall your boy.Originally posted by Matthew Hopkins View PostI sent one of my grandsons to Mr Hutchins farm for 'work experience', and it made a new man out of him! He's been a good boy ever since, and particularly attentive to my livestock, which I do appreciate.
He often quotes Lamentations 3:19-24, when I question him about his placement,
"Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him."

He had a strong backside and feverent desire to pray to Jesus when ever I was not making use of him in the barn. Be sure to tell him I said hello.

Now, that cannot possibly be true. Admit it, you'd jump at the chance of coming to the US of A. You know, you could get a job on a steamer, and jump ship at Norfolk. I'd pick you up and you could work at my farm.Originally posted by ju1ccc View PostI'm not a neo-nazi. Definitely not. I'm not a racist. And God does not love everyone, infact, He hates most people. God hates the sin AND the sinner.
Lev 20:23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
Hosea 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.

Welcome Otto, you seem like a good sort for a foreigner. How many sons has your wife produced for you?

We do not tolerate racism here at Landover, you Norwegian neo-naziOriginally posted by ju1ccc View PostMy favorite Bible verses are:
"And now abides faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love." (1 Corithians 13:13)
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
I joined the forum as all other forums and Finland are full of hateful atheists and pagans. This is the only forum where I can be understood as a follower of the Lord.
Sweden is a pretty hated nation among the Finnish youth... I've had to see that. I don't like studying Swedish but neither I actually hate Sweden.

And don't take that as I wouldn't like the whole Bible. I love the Bible and Jesus Christ and don't understand how can there be so many unsaved people among the Creation. I'm alone with my faith... That's why I came to the internet.Originally posted by ju1ccc View PostMy name is Otto. It's a pretty rare Finnish name. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
There are also many other Bible verses that I like of course. You'll get to know them in time. It takes time to find them as I have a Finnish Bible.

Whats your favourite Bible verse? What made you join the forum of God's own Church? Since you are from Finland, i would also like to know which part of Sweden you live in.
