First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. We're right and you're wrong, according to Jesus and the Holy Word of God. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.

Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.

Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

Well, that was about the reception I predicted. Whatever. This was supposed to be my introduction thread. Like I said, I'm a nurse. I was living in Brooklynn, but since I started working with a traveling nursing agency, I've wound up down in Texas (wow is it different here!). My boyfriend is going to get a degree in botany soon. He wants to do research work at a university and I can probably get a job as a nurse at whatever university he works at since so many colleges have hospitals associated with them. I used to go to a Unitarian church that was close to Manhattan, but I haven't found a new church to go to since I got here (but since I've been working on Sundays I wouldn't be able to go to church anyway. It's worth it since I'm making damn good money tho). I have been a Christian my whole life.

Were you a unitarian or a Christian? There's a big difference. What type of unitarian are you, universalist or the closer to Christian type that isn't full of atheists, ordained women and liberal nutjobs?

I don't know which type of Unitarian it is. I think they ordain women and most the people there are liberal, so it must be that one. Most of the church is gay.

If you loved Jesus, you wouldn't be spreading your legs for any man or woman who drops in. You'd be properly married in God's eyes!

Now I know you're trolling or insane. How can most of a church be gay and it still be a church? You're just making weird stuff up to make us angry. I've never understood why anyone would do this. Purposely sign up on the internet and then join a church just to mock it (and therefore God).

There are so many things wrong with your fabrication that it falls apart. First of all, ordaining women or listening to anything a woman says then acting on it is against Christ. Find me anywhere in the Bible where Jesus tells us to not listen to Paul in Romans, Corinthians, Timothy etc when he specifically passes on God's message that women are hateful sluts responsible for sin. Find me anywhere in the Bible that says women are not filthy creatures who need keeping in line big time and instructing on everything, even their clothing, by the men who own them.

And don't start banging on about how Jesus let some woman or other wash his feet and then said she did a good job. The feminists always cherry pick that one and even say it was Mary Magdalene when it clearly wasn't. Read it again and you'll see that I'm right. That's actually read it rather than asking some woman who is pretending to be a priest what she thinks it says.
