Er... you know that the scriptures were written at least 1000 years before christ was born, right? Even the carvings of Buddhist religion are about 400 years older than Birth of Christ. And Hindu religion is lot older than Buddhist..

Friend, there is no dispute that God created the Heavens and the Earth. Some time later, the Devil along with many false Gods (you people worship so mnay, I am suprised you can keep them straight!). We have always followed the one and true God. Jesus. The Holy Ghost. The Trinity.

I don't want to follow anything because I don't want to go to hell. I'd rather follow to reach God. I'm not afraid of Hell Ma'am. I pain the worst it can do, I don't really care. What makes me follow a religion is because I wan't to reach God. Not because I am scared of something.

Can I ask why? Why do you want to reach God? What do you think is there for you? How would you know if you found Him?

Pastor,
I'm trying really hard to not get angry with him and turn the other cheek but he keeps on saying that his ancient legends are just as true as the Bible and that's just blasphemy!

It's like he just doesn't get it. I mean is there one word about the Flood and Noah in his scriptures? Then how can they be from God? It's not like God would have forgotten.

He's offending me with every word but he says I mustn't offend him. I don't get why he's so mean to Jesus.

Correcting an untruth and feeling offended are not the same things, dear. No one here has done anything but correct untruths, and share the Gospel message of Jesus' love for True Christians™ and His merciful justice of throwing everyone else in Hell for all eternity after death. What you seem to be missing is that you, too, can become a True Christian™ and be saved from this Perfect Justice. Why are you so resistant to be spared? Do you believe you are not worth it?

The Bible repeatedly records God's promise to preserve His Word, and I believe in a God Who both can and will keep His promises. Your turn: How do you know that the scriptures of your religion accurately record the words of your gods, with no tampering?

I was just asking of your opinions on Christianity.

And when we told you it was the one word of Truth which blows your ancient myths about elephant gods out of the water you got all huffy. Even though that is our opinion on Christianity. Which spookily matches God and Jesus' opinion.

We're not here to get along with you. We're here to praise Jesus for dying temporarily to save us from our inherently sinful nature from birth and to warn you that you will burn forever in endless torment. God loves you so much He sent this warning to you and the chance to accept the chance at salvation He is offering to you. do you want to remain full of sin?
