Unfortunately, there's not much to be done for you. As Sister Kitty pointed out, Jesus will not accept a blasphemer of the Holy Ghost.

As for it being only in your mind, I suggest you re-read the Sermon on the Mount Matthew 5. Jesus tells us there that the thought is as bad as the committing of the sin aloud.

Yes, you are going to Hell. There is only one unforgiveable sin, blasphemy against the Holy Ghost. You have committed this sin.

Hi I been a born again christian for 3 years and I have some issues in my life with my thoughts. My neighbors curse god all the time and one day some girl cursed out god really horribly and that thought been replaying in my head for over a year and now when I try to praise Jesus I end up cursing him as well happens all the time. But I also wanted encourage everyone in the lord because one day I asked god to give me a sign if he's real I said lord if you're real ring my ear or something and believe it or not he rang my ear 672 times I count each sign sometimes its loud sometimes its low but I am just glad that he gives me signs cause I guess he's letting me know I'm forgiven for all my bad mouthing to the lord, thanks for reading and I guarantee you the lord is real.
