Because I don't believe in an immortal soul, it would be difficult to care, I'm just saying that if god would send me to eternal fire for loving someone's soul over their gender, then I would happily burn, it would not be heaven with a god as cruel as to prohibit love.

This is like a doctor saying he is not a murderer because he intentionally poisoned only 50% of the the patients who died under his care, and the rest died of natural causes.
