    Re: Hello

    Bella,

What a lovely woman you are! Jesus has blessed you with a fair face, one that will naturally draw people to you so that you can share His love with those in need of it most. Darling, you've already been shown the grace of God through His leading you to us. I look forward to sharing your walk with Jesus as you learn more of Him and His will for your life.

There is no greater calling in life than to serve Christ with your whole heart. As the songwriter said:

"From the dust of the earth my God created man. His breath made man a living soul; and God so loved the world He gave His only Son, and that is why I love Him so. My hands were made to help my neighbor, my eyes were made to read God's Word; my feet were made to walk in His footsteps, my body is the temple of the Lord. For I was made in His likeness, created in His image, yes I was born to serve the Lord. I can't deny Him, I will always walk beside Him, for I was born to serve the Lord."

You have been added to my prayer list, my dear!

    In Jesus,
    NRL

    Re: Hello

Dear Bella, I feel for you, but, as Brother Elmer has stated, you must obey your husband. That said, for a small fee, I'm sure that one of the pastors from LBC would be prepared to pay you a visit and deal appropriately with your husband - laying hands on him and forcing the spirit of Jesus into him, if that's what it takes.
You seem like a good Christian lady, but one thing concerns me - your dress seems to be cut a little too low, and your shoulders are bare. All Christian women that I know cover their assets a little better, and only reveal them in privacy to their husbands. They belong only to your husband and infants, not to strangers.

    Proverbs 5:15-19
15 Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
16 Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets.
17 Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.
18 Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

One more verse that is most relevant in your situation.

    1 Timothy 2:12
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

But as you seem to be able to listen and learn, take heed to all this advice and all the advice of True Christian™ Brethren and Sisters and you may see Glorious God!

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

I hope you are able to locate and post a picture of yourself after you've finished getting dressed.

(1 Timothy 2:9-10) "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works."

    Well Hello, Bella!

You've put a lot of effort into your introduction, I can tell. A cautions welcome. After such a sinful environment, you've managed quite well, haven't you? And by God's guidance you've found this Forum!

Nice verse, a smallish but reasonable amount of offspring for your age and a seemingly genuine wish to grow in Godliness.

While I can understand your concern about the spiritual state of your husband, I am slightly worried that you seem to be trying to 'teach' him things. Regardless of his possible unworthiness in the eyes of God, he is your superior.

    1 Corinthians 7:34
There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.

    Ephesians 5:22
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

    Ephesians 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Your duties are to serve him and please him. Through this he might gain wisdom and salvation, and I think that your 'guidance in Bible' be not totally Biblical...

If you, however, persist in servitude, glorious thing may happen, as follows:

    1 Corinthians 7:14
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

So glad you're here, you are now included in my prayers. I hope to meet you eventually in Heaven after Rapture! Of course, while in eternal Bliss I will no longer worry about the wreched souls in Hell, but I care now: repent, be healed, be saved!

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

    Oh, glory, glory!

Bella, I want to extend a huge welcome to our Godly forums! You seem like a determined young Christian woman who can no doubt find Salvation® if you put some work into it!

It is very admirable that you have already produced two and a half children, but don't think you can stop there! Genesis 9:7 is very clear that we are to be as fertile as possible, ever increasing the vessels for Christ's army!

On a different note, it is most unfortunate about your situation with your ungodly, heathen husband. Most conveniently though, many of the elder members of this site (Pastor Zeke, Elmer G. White, and Mother of Seven if you need to converse with fellow womanfolk) are very knowledgeable on what to do to save your children from the path to aeternal damnation your husband is no doubt leading them down, and I'm sure they will offer up their godly advice to you!

    Praise Be!
