Re: The Ugly Truth about Beloved Christmas Carols: Satan and Sodomy
A True Christian™ would never harm a heathen either, as God commands us to follow the law of the land (Romans 13:1-7). However, the True Christian™ doesn't waste sympathy on heathens any more than the farmer wastes pearls on swine (Matthew 7:6). Besides, we are told that one day we shall wash our feet in the blood of the wicked (Psalm 58:10), and that we shall rejoice when this happens. This is our reward for faithfulness, and to not be excited for this is to spit in the eye of the One who gives the Gift. Why on earth would you want to spit in Jesus' Holy Eye?

Hey fella, you say harm I say defend myself. 12 people enter my property and they don't hear me say get off my property and I shoot them, it is on their trespass. I mean who has the audacity to come on to someones property and just start singing? Who has the audacity to come into a persons home and just start raving on without an introduction?Originally posted by moladh-na-deithe View Postand therefor i would never harm someone for it
Amen Sister BasilissaOriginally posted by Basilissa View PostOf course, dear. Nobody is talking about harming anyone who is not trespassing and therefore triggering "state your ground" laws.
I seem to have missed your introduction thread. You can create one here in the introduction forum. It would be greatly appreciated if you followed the guidelines on the top of that page.

As a rule they can't get through the gates, but last year some evangelical nutjobs (probably militant CofE) managed to sneak in behind a delivery van. Hannah went to the front door and kept them singing while the twins crept around the sides of the house, each with a hose, and Luke filled buckets with cold water in the front bathroom, which overlooks the porch. I don't think they'll be back, but if they are then we have "electrical effects" for them as well!
Brother Elmer, the Ding Dong Song (does it originate in China?) has always been the one that offends me most, with its ungrammatical verb forms, atrocious spelling and blatantly foreign chorus. Thank you for your detailed analysis. I shall look at the subliminal messages later.
Yours in Faith,
Joanna

The only songs I like are tasteful ones about Me.

Well it has a great bassline anyway. You probably like that obnoxious, over-played "I'm In the Lord's Army" as well.

This is simply untrue.Originally posted by LolitaWolfiebear View PostAlso, Gaeilge is the most beautiful language I've ever heard.
American is the most beautiful language in the world. That's why it is the best language in the world used by the most people (nobody counts Chinamen).

Re: The Ugly Truth about Beloved Christmas Carols: Satan and Sodomy
Regarding the sightings of my kids going around and Caroling!
Let me set few things straight here. Yes, my kids have praised the LORD with public singing, but it is NOT caroling!
Songs used are only True Christian™ approved praises. Also, Christmas is about the most manly baby Jesus, so my kids would never offend Him with something as sissy sounding as "caroling"!
So, next time you see my kids singing in public, I repeat, they are NOT Caroling. They are proudly Christmas George W'ing™!

Just trying to clear up that I'm not Catholic, and to explain why I got excited about the Boar's Head Carol.
