They are as bad as the "Chi Ro" "Xtians" who think Greecianisms are acceptable. As are all the Greek-funny letters/Homerthings (they invented it) that pollute Christian discourse--it should all be in AMERICAN.

Yes, um does t our constitution say that there's a rift between religion and the state, so doesn't that make us an atheist nation?

How ridiculous. It was the intention of the Constitution's authors that counts. They wanted a Christian nation, Protestant, and nothing else. The was no "rift" and there is none today.

Here in Freehold, we have accomplished the perfect marriage between church and government. Our taxes go to help Landover Baptist Church and Landover Baptist saw to it one of its most devout members became Mayor.

This illustrates what a terrible sin Starbucks has committed by using red only coffee cups. To be an American company, those cups need some Jesus.

I'm not entirely certain how you came to the conclusion that the United states of america is a christian nation. Especially taking into account that there is more evidence to the contrary. True enough the first settlers came to this nation with the intent to escape religious persecution, but not by making a nation founded upon the right to practice their religion alone, but on the right to practice any religion.

Now I only say this because it is my belief that as i practice Christianity, so too are people in this nation allowed to practice another their religion. they're adults and have been giving the option to be saved in the light of our lord. If they choose not to that is their right, and their problem. I will try to save them but if they are not meant to be saved that is on them

                Dear Sinner,

It is obviously by free choice that anyone can practise any false religion. We are just doing our duty and explaining people that not all religions give equal opportunities when it comes to Eternal Life. That gift is reserved to those who follow Jesus and His Commandments. You may have a name that promotes people to praise 'gods' in plural but there is only one Real, True™ God to be praised. In singular and in the triplicate of the Trinity!

                Psalms 150:1
Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

                Yours in Christ,

Greetings moola. It is not often that a man comes to this forum and has so little to say but needs to say it twice. Even a foreigner and a Black man such as myself knows that Babylon is a Christian nation of white people. These are Christians of the Baptist variety and they are white people. They call themselves Americans. I am an American too as I come from Jamaica which is in the Americas. I am also registered to vote here and I will vote for Democrats even though they are not Christians and very few are white people. They are for the Black man and I am a Black man.

                    Re: Starbucks Hates Baby Jesus

Even the liberal New York Times now admits the no-Jesus Starbucks cups are an affront to Christianity. The movement is underway to put Jesus back onto every plate and cup used at Christmastime. We True Christians™ are going to win this one.

Starbucks' Holiday Cup Proves Religion Is Under Attack

Like a jolt of caffeine from a five-dollar macchiato, the controversy surrounding Starbucks' coffee's modification of its holiday season cups was intense.
Maybe the company was trying to be more inclusive by removing Christmas decorations from the cups, or maybe they just wanted a simpler design. In any case, it nicely kicked off this year's complaints about a war on Christmas, and even if our attention has been subverted by terrorism around the world, this controversy signifies a growing concern that religion is increasingly so unpopular that is no longer commercial, unless thoroughly watered down.
I do not dismiss those who feel their most important holiday is increasingly secularized, reduced to inclusion with "the holidays," Santa Claus obfuscating Jesus and sales at the mega-mall overshadowing spirituality and prayer.
America is increasingly diverse but still overwhelmingly Christian, and Christmas is the only religious observance recognized as a national holiday

It's some really sad irony, in their deranged minds they probably thought they were being offensive to nobody by having no references to traditional Christmas or to the sinful fake Christmas, but they, in the end, are just plain sinning. Why pander to the nonchristians?

I doubt it, dear. Starbucks is owned and operated by Howard Schultz, a known Jew and denier of Christ. His kind killed Christ and have never sufficiently apologized for it.

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Actually it was all of our sins that caused Jesus to have to die.

It WAS the Jews, the filthy wretches, through the offices of their toadies, the Romans; them who still parade effigies of sweet Jesus in agony on the cross, that all may witness their dark triumph.
