Allow me to reprint this poem I originally wrote in response to revrgreen's opposition to Christmas (modified for a different case):

Every member down in Freehold liked Christmas a lot,
But the Sledge, who's spent just two months in Freehold, DID NOT!

The Sledge HATED Christmas, she thought it was pagan.
Now, please don't ask why she's been turned by Satan.

It could be that her username font is too dull.
It could be her son's Christian band plays Jethro Tull.

But I think that the most likely reason I know,
Might be that she isn't a moderator.

Well that's a relief. You can't expect to be washed in Christ's blood if you've got a squaw rolling out tortillas in your kitchen.

Erm, I do understand what you're saying Pastor, but racially my wife is completely Nordic, blonde, blue-eyed and of North German extraction on both sides.

In any case, the vast majority of Moorish descendants were expelled from Spain and only survive in pockets of Andalucía. Plus the Swabians, the Visigoths and other Germanic peoples swamped Spain at the break up of the Roman Empire.

I think perhaps the word 'Spanish' in God's favourite country is often confused with Messican or Hispanic.

As I said, my wife is Aryan. Looks a bit like that Hollywood harlot Uma Thurman, I must confess, but there the resemblance stops thankfully.

I always suspected this. I live in ukltra-Catholic Spain and my wife (I love her dearly) comes from a 'lapsed Catholic' family, as they call them. She herself is searchinh like me, but the Santa Claws tradition is now biting into the tradition of the Reyes Magos here - the 3 Wise Men - who comes on Jan 6th. They're now grabbing at 2 present-booty sessions, which is little short of hypocritical blasphemy, now that I think about it.

I am just ashamed I was part of the whole sham until recently. For that I ask His forgiveness.

This country is actually pretty pagan in many respects, despite its proud papist tradition.

Italian Scientist Links Christmas to Ancient Pagan Celebration


ROME — The church where the tradition of celebrating Christmas on Dec. 25 may have begun was built near a pagan shrine as part of an effort to spread Christianity [CATHOLIC], a leading Italian scholar says.
Italian archaeologists last month unveiled an underground grotto that they believe ancient Romans revered as the place where a wolf nursed Rome's legendary founder Romulus and his twin brother Remus.
A few feet from the grotto, or "Lupercale," the Emperor Constantine built the Basilica of St. Anastasia, where some believe Christmas was first celebrated on Dec. 25.
Constantine ended the frequent waves of anti-Christian persecutions in the Roman empire by making Christianity [CATHOLIC] a lawful religion in 313. He played a key role in unifying the beliefs and practices of the early followers of Jesus.
In 325, he convened the Council of Nicaea, which fixed the dates of important Christian [CATHOLIC] festivals. It opted to mark Christmas, then celebrated at varying dates, on Dec. 25 to coincide with the Roman festival CELEBRATING THE BIRTH OF THE SUN GOD, Andrea Carandini, a professor of archaeology at Rome's La Sapienza University, told reporters Friday.
The Basilica of St. Anastasia was built as soon as a year after the Nicaean Council. It probably was where Christmas was first marked on Dec. 25, part of broader efforts to link pagan practices to Christian [CATHOLIC] celebrations in the early days of the new religion, Carandini said.

SANTA CLAUS

Santa Claus, also known as Saint Claus, or Saint Nicholas, the famous mythical character loved by multitudes across the world, is a demonic caricature of our Lord JESUS CHRIST.
The godly qualities of joy (jolly) wealth (bearer of gifts), omnipresence (everywhere on the same night), eternal life (ageless), travel in the Spirit (magical flight), punisher of the wicked (withholds gifts), and rewarder of good (giver of gifts), are combined with the ungodly qualities of Antichrist and World Unity, in this pitiful, comic substitute for the CHRIST of the Bible. Adults as well as children are force-fed this demonic lie (usually from birth), which exposes them to violence, magic, fantasy, war games, dancing reindeer and mystical cartoons, while the Son of God, His truth and His righteousness, are denied and blasphemed by the world.
WHAT ARE WE REALLY CELEBRATING?

"Then JESUS said unto them ...Me, the world hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil" (John 7:6,2). Christmas (according to tradition) is the Lord's birthday, BUT WHY WOULD A WORLD THAT HATES AND REJECTS THE SON OF GOD, CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY?
CHRISTMAS IS ROMAN CATHOLIC

"JESUS needeth not daily...to offer up sacrifice... for this, he did once, when he offered up himself...By the which.... we are sanctified once for all" (Heb. 7:27; 10:10). Christmas is not Christian! It is a Roman Catholic tradition which directs the attention of the world, to the world, to the church at Rome, its ecclesiastical head, the Pope, and millions of Roman Catholics across the world, as they participate in the sacrifice of the CHRIST MASS, the idolatrous recrucifixion of JESUS CHRIST.
TREES

For the customs of the people are vain; for one CUTTETH A TREE out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. The great Roman god (the Roman Nimrod) who died in the midst of his power and glory, was symbolized as a huge dead tree, stripped of all its branches and cut down almost to the ground.
Baal-Berith (the Babylonian Tammuz) was symbolized as an evergreen, or immortal tree.
The Christmas tree, then decked with gold (deity), and silver (unlimited provision), represents the deified, reincarnation life of Nimrod, which has sprung forth from the dead tree stump.
Face it or not, Believer, THAT TREE IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR LIVING ROOM IS A CURSED MONUMENT TO THE PAGAN GOD, TAMMUZ.
