      You're right about them being Lutheran, but there is no separation of Church and State in Iceland. If you are an Icelandic citizen you are in the Church.

        Not only do you speak unutterable lies, and I doubt you can ever be saved with such unrepentant ways, but you do not seem to understand what the relationship between the church and state is in Iceland.

        You come here with ridiculous falsehoods trying to impress us with your "knowledgeable, worldly ways". Well, son, it won't wash and neither will your sins.

        It's your free choice in Iceland to be whatever religion you want to be, when you want to be it and how often you change religion. Being a Solicalized State anything goes! Which I suppose suits you and your ungodly household of vice and squalor.

        The set up in Iceland is similar to England. England has the Church of England - The Queen is head of the Church of England - The English are subjects of the Queen but that sure as Hell does not mean that they are all Christian or C of E. There's Musselmen, Catlix, Joos, wickers, goths,- you name it - it's like Dante's 7th level.

        Dare say the same is true of Iceland.

          No... in Britain you aren't automatically C of E by being a citizen. In Iceland you are. You can enjoy freedom of religion by the constitution, though, granted.

          But in America there is a separation of church and state. Not a good start for a place that wants to be God's favourite country. You've even had a Catholic president! And a man who was secretly atheist, or after an apathist who had no interest in God.

            Couple of amendments to my previous post:

            In Iceland you are automatically a member of the state church if you are a citizen, not automatically C of E.

            And I meant rather not after in my last sentence.

                    You are mental. I am proud of my country, we aren't perfect at all and i don't try and pretend it, but no nation is, don't try and say America is either. Loving my country does not make me a paedophile or someone who indulges in beastiality.

                          Yes, I am mental. Thank you for noticing that. As Noah Webster's definition puts it-- a: relating to Spirit as opposed to matter. I live my life with The Spirit of the LORD upon me. I had a troubled youth before hearing the Calling and Psalm 51 is always in my thoughts and prayers.

                          10-Create in me a clean heart, O GOD; and renew a right Spirit within me. 11-Cast me not away from Thy presence; and take not thy Holy Spirit from me.
