"Our principles are not a faith. We do not rely solely upon science and reason, because these are necessary rather than sufficient factors, but we distrust anything that contradicts science or outrages reason. We may differ on many things, but what we respect is free inquiry, openmindedness, and the pursuit of ideas for their own sake." - Christopher Hitchens, currently burning in Hell
    What a load of bunk!

If atheistic principles are not a faith, nothing is! They accept their beliefs as readily as the papists accept any one of their foolish "dogmas." There is no proof for atheism, they take it on faith because they're miserable, angry, bitter people and they want to spread their ill-will in hopes it makes them feel better.

They don't rely solely upon science and reason, it's true, because science and reason don't support atheism!

The idea that they respect "free inquiry, openmindedness, and the pursuit of ideas for their own sake" would be laughable if they weren't so dead-set on criminalizing faith.

The idea of raising a charismatic leader good at rhetoric and convincing people to follow his example to godlike staus is appalling. Next they'll be claiming he did miracles. Is there no end to their desire to turn everyone into a diseased, bald freak!

Atheists Trying to Take Over Christmas!

ALERT! ALERT! The atheist menace has hatched a new plot to destroy Christmas as we know it! What they're trying to do is trick the world into thinking that Christmas is actually a holiday to celebrate the death of their dead false prophet Christopher Hitchens.

    Put the Chris in Christmas

Many Christians are fond of pushing this “War on Christmas” belief. They fight this imaginary war with the slogan, “Keep Christ in Christmas.” Well, with the recent death of Christopher Hitchens, atheists have created a slogan of our own, "Put the Chris in Christmas.”

Over the last few days, I have been asking atheists if they plan to honor Christopher Hitchens during their winter celebrations. While some atheists hadn’t considered doing so before I mentioned it, most did. Many told me that they did indeed have plans in place to honor our respected and much missed friend.

By far, most who plan to honor Hitchens during the Christmas season said that they are doing so with a glass of Johnnie Walker Black whiskey (a particular favorite of Hitchens). One atheist noted that he doesn’t even like whiskey, but will be drinking a glass anyway in honor of the author.

Other atheists I talked to said that they bought copies of Hitchens’s books and plan to give them out as holiday presents. One college student even told me that she is planning to give God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything to her parents who are fundamentalist Christians. She also mentioned that she is currently in the closet and will be coming out as an atheist to her parents this Christmas with the gift.

As for me, I took the idea of the Tree of Knowledge and created a virtual tree featuring many of Christopher Hitchens’s books as the ornaments. This was actually the artwork I used on my holiday cards this year too.

So this year, forget about keeping the “Christ in Christmas” and put the “Chris in Christmas” instead. ;-)
Did you see what they did there? Instead of "Keep Christ in Christmas," they just take one letter out and switch it to their evil leader! I'm actually worried that this strategy might work!
