Thank you for your kind thoughts, in these difficult times. Jesus never changes Hebrews 13:8 – others, not so much. Satan for instance, often dismissed as an ancient king or the jinx in physics workshops throwing measurements off kilter and responsible for subsequent discoveries, has psychobabble new every morning! He looks up a news report, for example in Nature, or Brain Topography, then cooks up a (pathetic & obvious) allegory using similar words.

I never use psychobabble—it's unnecessary around Leviticus Landing—and look forward to sharing some recipes I've picked up since moving. Such variety! As the seasons change no doubt new ones will be coming up but none of the following will ever be found in my pantry:

• nurungji-ppeong-twigi
• garae-teok-jeopsi
• hongoe-hoe
• yukhoe san-nakji

Happily no one found it necessary to suggest such a diet and I've been very happy with that.
