A Question for the Ladies of Landover

I hate to bother anyone but I have to ask an important question:

You see, my next door neighbor Mrs. Davis has a peach tree that she planted last year and they are coming in nicely. The problem is she asked me if I could make a Peach Cobbler for her grandson's wedding. The last time I tried to make it I burnt the crust and it came out terrible. I was wondering if the Ladies of Landover knew the perfect recipe for a Peach Cobbler.
