What are the guide lines for courtship and more ?
If I may ask a few questions ,not that I have my eye on anyone special.

1 What are the proper christian rules for courtship at LBC?

2 how long is the courtship anyhoo ?

3 what are the requirements to become a TRUE CHRISTIAN ?

4 what are the requirements for baptism at LBC ?

5 what sort of dowelry is to be expected ?

6 If a payment is to be made to the ladies Pa, how much and can it be in livestock?

7 If my Pa is dead does it then go to the Pastor or LBC ?

8 on the subject of baptism and being a virgin, If I have lost my flower some years and a couple of kids ago,will I become a virgin again when I am baptised ? Kinda goes with being born again don't it ?

9 If I am baptised in the winter will they break the ice on the river first or do I have to do it my self with an ax? Or ( and I hope ) is there a heated pool?

Well, Miss Lola, not that "I'm in the hunt" or something, but I thought I might respond to you.

1 What are the proper christian rules for courtship at LBC?
A chaperon isn't abolutely required, but strongly suggesteded. Rev. Jim often does this. He does require some private time with the bride-to-be to give her his wise counselling.


2 how long is the courtship anyhoo ?
No less than 24 hours.


3 what are the requirements to become a TRUE CHRISTIAN ?
It will help your greatly to have a husband.

4 what are the requirements for baptism at LBC ?
On a worse case basis, some scuba gear.

5 what sort of dowelry is to be expected ?
Our menfolk don't give doweries. But the woman should understand she will be required to turn over all her worldly goods to her new husband.

6 If a payment is to be made to the ladies Pa, how much and can it be in livestock?
Livestock is acceptable. Especially is they're well-trained coon dogs.

7 If my Pa is dead does it then go to the Pastor or LBC ?
I can't believe you asked this. We call it tithing.

Baptismal water can work wonders on ladies parts.

No, we bust the hole. Oh, and see my answer to number 4 above. Add a wet suit.

I got 4 coon dogs 1 will be with pups in a few weeks.They are red bone coon dogs ever hear of them? Them was the kind that Jed Clamped had on TV .I sure miss that show .It was wholesome too

Im gettin confuzed. If me and Lola got married at Freehold wouldnt that make us True Christians or sounds like Lola might oughta be married before she can be a True Christian. We really both of us love Jesus all the way and we love the LBC nearly as much too. I just dont know if we better tie the know before or after we move to Freehold. I kinda thouight itd be real nice if our special friend Pastor Zeke would perform our weddin but I aint even asked Lola about it so I dont even know if shed have me yet but if she will I think shed agreed with me that we might oughta ask Pastor Zeke. I got a appointment with the doctor on Friday about that thing you mentioned Rev M. Rodimer. Thanks!
