More to the point, Mr. Mayor, what can they do about it? Nothing. The ballroom is happening. End of story. Whiners can get to the back of the government handout line.

This effort by President Trump to build something that every American will be proud of and that every leader around the world will be jealous of is creating so much unnecessary chatter. Today I read the lackluster architect who wanted a smaller ballroom has been fired and a replacement retained. That's wonderful news.

But then new uninformed chatter began about Trump building a $300 million ballroom when people across the country are struggling to pay for groceries. Anyone talking like that does not understand the psychology of the ballroom. People are discouraged with the economy Biden left us. President Trump is building a great ballroom to raise the spirits of these very people. When people see Trump making a big first entrance into the ballroom wearing a tux with the stunning Melania on his arm people coast to coast will forget their troubles and cheer with happiness. The ballroom is exactly when this country needs at this moment.

From a certain angle, Sir, I can agree there is need for more room for balls. The People need their extra large balls held by Donald Trump in the Charlie-Epstein-Ghislaine Ballroom brought to you buy Pepsi.

The nerve of some know-it-alls makes me angry. Now the architect the President hired to draw up plans for the ballroom Trump has designed is complaining the design is flawed. That's impossible. The President has put ballrooms in his hotels for years and he knows exactly how to do this. The know-nothing architect claims the ballroom will be bigger than the White House and this cannot be. What the architect does not understand is the necessity of a certain crowd size that must be present and standing when President Trump enters wearing either a tux or military uniform. A new architect must be hired who understands what our country needs.

This ballroom is amazing, they really need to call it the Charlie Kirk Memorial Ballroom.

A smart-assed Democrat is threatening to change the name of the Trump Ballroom to the Obama Ballroom as soon as the Dem socialists are elected to the Presidency and Congress. I say, "Try it, Mr. Socialist. You will be tarred and feathered."

So important for the senior partner to be distinguished others in any room, I feel, yet retain the grace of his position. And however off-putting the décor, a certain savoir faire lifts one above the commonplace or gaudy. When expressed in accessories, words become secondary – even of no importance at all.

I do have enough of this charming satin for a sash to be made. Also thought of medals, in iridium or maybe one of the new synthetic metals? Couldn't decide and anyway, places having them visible without a lens are often in countries I haven't visited (except Uganda) (but I think they've stopped issuing them now) which could seem inappropriate.

re: Ghislaine Maxwell. I get the impression President Trump is looking for the right moment of dramatic effect to pardon Ghislaine. The gala opening of the ballroom would be perfect. What better way to honor heterosexuality than to pardon someone who made it available.

But, I'm wondering who would be another memorable speaker that evening. It seems like it should be someone that bridges both parties. Also, it needs to be someone with intellectual chops that addresses the broader concerns of our nation. Who might that be?
I'm thinking Ghislaine Maxwell could be allowed out on day release to arrange the entertainment.
