  • We Must Monitor Those Mini Libraries in Front Lawns

Freehold folks ask me often to keep close tabs on which books are available in the Freehold Public Library. I consult with Pastor Zeke often about the proposed new acquisitions. The result is great Christian recreational reading for adults and children in Freehold.

I am concerned, however, at the new trend to build tiny attractive little structures and putting them on front lawns with a sign, "Free Books; Take One Leave One." We need to know what kind of books are there for unsupervised children and adults.

If you were one of those homosexuals, what better way to convert healthy heterosexual children into your lair than slipping homer literature into these mini libraries. The same for Wiccans, abortionists and liberals.

I've asked the Freehold Police Department to go through these "libraries" and report back to me what they find. I'd ask all residents in Freehold to let me know if they intend to put one of these ugly structures on their front lawn so we can visit about appropriate books.

I hope all residents of Freehold are enjoying our beautiful summer weather.

Book It: Bring a Mini Library to Your Front Yard

Take a book, leave a book. An ingenious lending-library idea is sweeping the nation — see if it's right for your neighborhood

Todd Bol has a background in international business development. More specifically: He used to help developing countries institute social change. He’d always been known to think big and globally. But this man of social generosity couldn’t have expected that, while messing around and building things on his deck one day, a dollhouse-size structure he turned into a free community library would have the global impact it does today.

Bol’s prototype spawned Little Free Library, a nonprofit that seeks to place small, accessible book exchange boxes in neighborhoods around the world. Users can purchase the boxes directly from LFL’s website, download plans to build their own or completely wing it.

The concept is simple: A house-shaped box in a neighborhood holds a few dozen books. Neighbors are invited to share a book, leave a book or both.

The LFL almost always uses recycled materials for the custom libraries it sells online, for an average cost of $250 to $500, but it also offers plans for making your own.

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

    Indeed Brother Mayor Hold.

When I decided to punch rectums, the challenge was always to find enough sissies to punch and pound mine as well. It is harder than it seems, to find as many fellow sissies for consenting homo-rectal intercoursing.

If I had such a medium as these "libraries" for recruiting gay partners, I might have never found Jesus. Can you imagine how easy it would have been to solicit violent anal sex with just a slip, as a bookmark, to meet me behind the Dairy Queen "for fun". Or "good times to be had behind the Shell station" on Main St?

We all thank you in Christ for keeping Freehold fag-free!

That is frightening, Mr. Porter! What a sad state of affairs we have allowed when the Gay Agenda simply has to snap it's well-manicured little fingers, and the liberal public practically scrambles all over themselves to help them enlist children into homosexuality.

      O Come Lord Jesus.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

When I see: "take one, leave one," I read: "take them all and burn them, and replace them with Bibles and Chick tracts."
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I'm wondering why the Gideons didn't think of this. Otherwise, this whole thing reeks of socialism and if this goes any further there will be no financial incentive to publish books anymore - putting untold numbers of people out of work (and another reason to vote for Donald Trump). It's not an accident that this arose while Obama is in the White House.

It is not simply the rising tide of homosexuality, it is books themselves. They contain ideas. Often these ideas are in line with Christian thought but, lurking among them like vipers, are Satan’s siren words – a persuasive sewer of filth and sedition drawing the unsuspecting and innocent Christian into an ever deepening well of lies.

When Almighty God gave us freewill, He gave us also the power to decide that we might decide freely that His Words were pure gold. But Satan and his minions have pried at every crack and crevice and forced through their deceit aided by the urbane liberal attitudes of so many writers.

If anything like this “library” is ever permitted in Landover, it must be only by license from the Church with regular inspections and draconian punishments for flagrant disregard for public safety and morals.

Uggh, I've never heard of such a thing. I love Brother Nobar's idea of taking all the books out and replacing them with Bibles. Genius!

My husband and my young sons put some boxes up around town with a sign saying "Free". Since so many liberal, athiests, ect. will take anything for free (socialists) and they are too lazy to look at it they will take a copy of the KJV Bible instead of whatever garbage they thought it was. My job is to make sure they are constantly full so that we can hopefully bring at least one soul into God's fold as commanded in Matthew 28:19 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:".

Sound advice, as ever Brother. My boys have taken this one stage further, and use an old shed just beyond the edge of the estate to convert these heathen books into bricks for wood-burning stoves. They then sell the bricks to the poor (mostly unemployed scum who cannot afford to cook using proper electricity) and donate the proceeds to the church.

Wonderful thoughts, ladies. Stuffing the mini libraries full of King James Bibles will keep out porn and children will be saved.

I understand President Trump will be raising the issue soon of Hillary Clinton's role in the murder of Vince Foster. It would be a great service to the community to put tracts about her role in the murder in the mini libraries along with those beautiful KJV Bibles.

I'll show this to my husband and see if it meets his approval; though with your support, I'm sure he will. We'll put in tracts about the evil she (and the rest of her liberal, lying commies/democrats) brings and why you should vote for godly Mr. Trump!

I was surprised to see even more of these in my neighborhood. How many is too many? Should each house have its own private share library?

I think I've had about enough of this. Between the Hipster trekkie kitsch and the dumpster diving "found object" repurposing of gas station coolers, these things are headed towards becoming permanent eyesores and an abomination to the Lord to our family values homes. We need some kind of historic preservation ordinance.

It's one thing when the Freehold Holy Spirit Power & Light electric company has to add extra generating capacity to support our annual Christmas Decoration contest for the Baby Jesus - but at least they are taken down at the end of the season.

I'm starting to think that the people that have these are really just hoarders afraid 2 throw out or burn a book that's no longer useful. They want you to get rid of it for them.

                              Edit-
Have you ever seen one of these and it wasn't full? You have to take books just to get yours in there.
