Bubba Gaitlin will be released from jail tonight after being imprisoned for almost two excruciating hours following his shooting in broad daylight of a notorious local Christ-hater, Vern Bucktart. Brother Jeb Thurmond said that no charges will be filed, as street surveillance videos clearly show that Brother Gaitlin complied with a local ordinance requiring all citizens to observe a post-rebuke three-second "cooling down period" before driving a bullet through any blasphemer's skull at point blank range.

They is obviously exceptions to the commandment to not kill if the LORD Himself tell you to kill somebody. Brotha Gaitlin had acted in a Biblical manner:

If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. - Deuteronomy 13:6-9

Where it says you're supposed to respect and obey secular laws. Secular laws say you can't kill someone else like that. Therefore, not only is he contradicting his own commandment, he's contradicting something else he said.

So are we supposed to listen to him when he tells us to kill people, or are we supposed to listen to him the other two times when he says we aren't?
