They're not an unchangeable decree from God, as God's laws are.

Not anymore no. You're forgetting that religion does not govern the U.S. It has no say in whether or not Homosexuality warrants loss of freedom, and it never will.

In 2003 (before liberal hippies ruined America), homosexual acts were illegal in Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma (ironically enough), South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Virginia. What has been, can be again. Sodomy is still illegal in the Armed Forces, and rightly so.

1 Corinthians 7:2-3 " Neuerthelesse, to auoid fornication, let euery man haue his owne wife, and let euery woman haue her owne husband. Let the husband render vnto the wife due beneuolence: and likewise also the wife vnto the husband."

Leviticus 20:13 "If a man also lie with mankind, as hee lyeth with a woman, both of them haue committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shalbe vpon them."

Romans 1:27 "And likewise also the men, leauing the naturall vse of the woman, burned in their lust one towards another, men with men working that which is vnseemely, and receiuing in themselues that recompense of their errour which was meet."

Seems like the Bible is pretty clear that marriage is between a man and a woman.
