    He is very tough on minorities! Just last week when I called him because our new mailman was too dark for my comfort, he immediately arrested the mailman for stalking all people in my neighborhood! Now we no longer get any mail, but I feel a lot safer!

        Hm, that might explain why he looked so familiar. But since Ofc. Don W. Richards arrested him, he was clearly guilty of something.

          Probably stealing gift cards from the mail or keeping all those slutty Victorias Secret flyers all to himself... when he should have burned that filth instead!! Ofc. Richards knows what he's doing and has our utmost confidence!!
