Trump Endorses the Team Name, REDSKINS
 

President Trump has had it with political correctness. Obama had the government file a legal claim the team, Washington Redskins, must be dropped. Trump called off the lawyers.

I mean, what is wrong with referring to Indians as Redskins? They are not the "Whiteskins". Football fans everywhere are delighted. The team's true name will remain:

The one argument that I wish to make is that people don't usually name teams after things that they don't like and/or respect.

Lions, tigers and bears are all strong, imposing animals. That is why sports teams are named after them as opposed to lemurs, turkeys and bunnies.


Native Americans, aka indians, braves and redskins had a reputation for being fierce, strong and tough. Even when government officials used language such as "savages", many ordinary people were fascinated by stories about the different tribes. Ideas and attitudes about the native peoples have always run the gamut from loathing of their supposed backwardness to admiration for their rugged freedom. Underneath even the most negative views was a begrudging respect for their endurance.

No collection of athletes in their right minds would chose a team name that represented something weak or cowardly. (Teams named for hosiery notwithstanding.)

Native Americans themselves are not of one accord as to what they should be called. A sports team that requires stamina, skill, discipline and confidence from its members is not necessarily an insult as far as namesakes go.https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=...icture.jpg&f=1

As a 1/16 injun I declare myself not offended by the name "Redskins".I mean, what is next? All mexicans going against the Cleveland "Browns"?.
I am pretty sure this is a white Manhattan millennial thing, injuns are busy with other businesses.


But, if the name has to be changed, I suggest the Washington Casino Owners as a name that also pays respect to the native americans.

It seems that praise is due not only to Donald Trump, but to the SCOTUS. We are now free to use slants, wops, micks, spics - even the Harlem Globetrotters are now free to change their name to the Harlem Nigras.

Well now Snyder has “reached the point where he’s moved on.” So it's time to change the name. The Redskins need some suggestions. I thought of a couple.

That should keep them happy. But if not:

The Washington Spear Chuckers
The Washington Alcoholics
The Washington Warrens

Not only should the Redskins keep their name, one of the New York teams should be renamed the Foreskins, to honor other great warriors:

There is plenty of precedent for that in the Bible: FORESKIN IN THE BIBLE. Everyone surely remembers the powerful verses of Habukkaki

Instead of fighting back and forth about Indian names, I'd suggest the teams with these controversies use the same mascot we use here at Freehold High School. The mascot comes right out of the Bible. Teams at Freehold High School are called the She Bears.

The She Bears are brave bears who took notice of some small boys making fun of a bald man. These brave animals killed the 42 boys guilty of this mischief. You can read about She Bears in 2 Kings 2:24.

Not just beauty products, the athletes themselves often inject suspect human-based products (typically aborted fetuses) when recovering from an injury. The guys in the locker room will be completely on board with playing for The Red Foreksins baseball club. Or hockey club. Whatever, we need to resist the fascists doing whatever it is.
