I have always said, and always will say, that judicial activism is the best way to govern a country. Verily, judicial activism is how we should govern all four corners of the Earth. I have always said this and I always will.

This is because Rule By Supreme Court is basically the same as Biblical Law.

Both involve unelected dictators-for-life interpreting a centuries-old document to pass judgements on the most intimate details of modern private life.

Under Biblical Law it would be the Bible being interpreted, rather than the constitution, but seeing as interpretations of old documents vary so widely, they really might as well be interpreting the back of a cereal box. Which is fine, as long as True Christian dictators-for-life are the one interpreting that cereal box.

Who else would you trust to run things? The electorate?

I too have always been in favor of activists in the Establishment. As well as armed ones in the street. But in our haste, let's not forget the crushing iron fist of institutional power. It's a time for that now, I believe, to suppress radical activism.

This will be the ultimate test for our dear house boy Clarence Thomas. It's pretty easy to rule against abortions when you don't have a womb or against same-sex marriage when you're not a homosexual. But will he have the integrity and faith to outlaw his own sinful (Deuteronomy 7:3) marriage when the time comes to overrule Loving v. Virginia?

The Supreme Court inherits the mantle from more than 2000 years of Western civilization in elevating the law, precedent and the moral philosophies of our greatest minds above the whims and fancies of kings and totalitarian rulers.

In that light, the decisions made by the country's finest legal scholars are worth studying in detail to fully appreciate the depth of their scholarship. Study their arguments carefully: 6-3 lol. When future statesmen speak of the great thinkers - Socrates, Moses, Confucius, Thomas Aquinas, John Locke, Immanuel Kant, Thomas Jefferson, Gandhi - the names Clarence Thomas and the cross-eyed lady will stand out clearly.

I wonder if we need to change our Federal Government. As I understand it, Congress makes laws, government employees enforce the laws and the Federal Courts decide things when there is a dispute.

Those of us wanting Christian principles put into place are so angry that the laws we wanted passed are not enforced. There are still abortions. Homers are pretending to get married. The Supreme Court is now the place where we have friends, but it does not have a law enforcement staff to see that its decisions are carried out.

For the JUDICAL ACTIVISM we Christians need to correct this country we need a law enforcement arm that reports, not to some branch in the bureaucracy, but to Justice Thomas directly. Then, we would get somewhere.

Amen, dear Brother Mayor Hold! It looks like we are seeing progress in this regard — finally! Thankfully, our message of righteously serving the One, True, Living :god-fancy: is having an effect. I do believe — wholeheartedly — that this is due, largely, to having our beloved Donald J. Trump as President, as decided by the :lord-fancy: :jesus-fancy:!

Psalm 33:12 "Blessed is the nation whose :god-fancy: is the :lord-fancy:; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance."


And, as you shall see in the video clip below, the people of this great land of :america: are marching forward, to hold high the :blood:-stained banner of righteous; to honor :god-fancy: in acknowledging that this is, truly, a Christian nation. :glory:

Here is a place JUDICIAL ACTIVISM could help. I just learned our Godless neighboring State to the North, Minnesota, is offering an easy way for harlots to kill their babies. A woman can fly into Minneapolis International Airport, take a 10 minute cab ride to the abortion/murder place, and be back on a plane in a short while. On top of that, abortion groups will pay many of the expenses.

Our Christian judges must stop this. They need to make women suffer for their sins. Women need long drives to get abortions. They need to beg for time off work and fess up about why. These Supreme Judges need to show their Christian colors, step up to the plate and put the hammer down on easy abortions.

Maybe we should just ban all outgoing traffic from Iowa to Minnesota, at least for women aged between 10 and 50. Better be safe than sorry, as a basic safety precaution to protect unborn Iowans from the baby murderers up north.

I am sure the Proud Boys could come up with something.

There are many other things that ought to be a crime that currently are not. I'm thinking specifically of the comedian Jon Stewart who has attacked the Supreme Court calling it the "Fox News of justice". Comedians talking back to power is a no-no in decent countries - like Russia. Some are even calling for Jon Stewart to run for President! Again, we can look East to Ukraine to see the folly in that.

Comedians should tell JOKES and not be allowed to run for President, nor say anything serious. Good clean jokes only. Keep it above the waist, and below the neck, no cerebral stuff *snore*. Keep it aimed at the torso region.
